What age is this for?

Built for ages 5–11, designed for listening together. The jokes work on two levels, so the grown-ups are having a good time too.

Is it screen-free?

Completely. It's audio-only: no videos, no app, no account, no screen anywhere. Families use it for quiet time, bedtime wind-downs, and long car rides. Kids stare out the window and imagine the whole thing themselves; that's the point.

Some fairy tales are dark. How do you handle that?

With a light touch. We adapt the stories gently, with Spark and Vector asking questions and making jokes in a way that gives kids a safe way to process them. My goal is that nothing in this podcast keeps anyone up at night. (Myself included. I hate scary stories!)

Is it free?

Yes. All of Season 1 is free on every podcast app. If your family loves it and wants to chip in, you can leave a one-time tip on Ko-fi from our Support the Show page. But the stories are free, full stop.

Are there ads?

No ads targeted at children, ever. We follow COPPA rules and think advertising to kids is creepy anyway. The robots agree.

Is it actually educational?

Sneakily. Each episode is a real work of classic literature (Andersen, the Brothers Grimm, One Thousand and One Nights) with the history and authorship woven in. Kids finish knowing where the stories actually came from, and every episode page here shows what’s different in the original.

What data do you collect about my kid?
